隐私政策
木仓记录（以下简称“本应用”）是一款用于管理库存、物品、标签和使用记录的本地应用。 我们重视您的隐私，并希望通过本政策清楚说明本应用处理信息的方式。请在使用本应用前阅读本政策。
一、我们处理的信息
本应用可能在您的设备上保存以下由您主动创建或提供的信息：
- 物品名称、数量、预警阈值、单位、标签、存放位置和备注；
- 库存变动、操作流水、归档及回收站记录；
- 物品模板、筛选条件、语言和深色模式等应用设置；
- 您主动设置的昵称，以及您从系统照片选择器中选择的头像图片。
本应用不要求注册账号，也不会主动收集或建立您的姓名、电话号码、精确位置、IP 地址、设备唯一标识符、广告标识符、应用使用统计或崩溃日志等信息。
二、我们如何使用信息
上述信息仅用于：
- 提供库存记录、搜索、筛选、统计、标签和模板等功能；
- 在您的设备上保存并恢复应用数据和偏好设置；
- 显示您设置的昵称和头像；
- 响应您主动发送的意见、问题或技术支持请求。
本应用不使用您的信息进行广告投放、个性化画像或跨应用跟踪。
三、信息的存储、共享与披露
本应用以本地使用为设计目标。库存记录、应用设置和头像文件保存在您的设备应用沙盒或本地应用存储中，不会由本应用上传到我们的服务器，也不会出售、出租或交换给第三方。
除非您主动向我们发送信息，或法律法规、司法程序要求披露，本应用不会向任何第三方共享您的个人信息。由于本应用不提供云同步服务，我们无法通过服务器查看或恢复您设备上的本地记录。
四、照片与头像
当您主动选择上传头像时，本应用会调用设备提供的系统照片选择功能，并将您选中的图片复制到本应用的本地存储中用于显示。图片不会通过本应用上传或公开分享。您可以在应用内修改头像，或通过系统卸载应用移除应用沙盒中的文件。
五、信息安全
本应用依赖设备的应用沙盒和操作系统提供的访问控制保护本地数据。请妥善保管您的设备，并注意任何电子存储方式都不能保证绝对安全。若您将设备交由他人使用，请先清除不希望他人查看的应用数据。
六、您的权利
您可以：
- 在应用内查看、修改或删除库存、标签、模板和流水记录；
- 在个人资料页面修改昵称、头像、语言和显示设置；
- 使用应用内的清除数据功能删除当前应用记录和设置；
- 通过下方邮箱联系我们，咨询本政策或反馈隐私问题。
七、第三方服务
本应用使用应用运行所需的基础开发组件以及设备系统提供的照片选择功能，不集成广告、社交登录、云存储或第三方数据分析服务。设备操作系统或应用分发平台可能依据其自身政策处理信息，该等处理不由本应用控制。
八、儿童隐私
本应用不以未满13周岁的儿童为主要服务对象，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如果您认为儿童向本应用提供了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

Privacy Policy
Mucang Records (the “App”) is a local application for managing inventory, items, tags, and usage records. We respect your privacy and explain below how the App handles information. Please read this policy before using the App.
1. Information We Handle
The App may store the following information that you create or provide on your device:
- Item names, quantities, warning thresholds, units, tags, storage locations, and notes;
- Inventory changes, activity logs, archived items, and recycle-bin records;
- Item templates, filters, language, dark-mode, and other app settings;
- Your chosen nickname and an avatar image selected through the system photo picker.
The App does not require an account and does not actively collect or create profiles from your name, phone number, precise location, IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage statistics, or crash logs.
2. How We Use Information
The information above is used only to:
- Provide inventory records, search, filters, statistics, tags, and templates;
- Save and restore app data and preferences on your device;
- Display your chosen nickname and avatar;
- Respond to feedback, questions, or support requests that you send to us.
The App does not use your information for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
3. Storage, Sharing, and Disclosure
The App is designed for local use. Inventory records, settings, and avatar files are stored in the App’s sandbox or local app storage on your device. The App does not upload them to our servers and does not sell, rent, or exchange them with third parties.
The App does not share personal information with third parties unless you send information to us yourself, or disclosure is required by law, judicial process, or a lawful government request. Because the App does not provide cloud synchronization, we cannot view or restore your local records from a server.
4. Photos and Avatars
When you voluntarily choose an avatar, the App uses the system photo picker and copies the selected image into the App’s local storage for display. The image is not uploaded or publicly shared by the App. You can change the avatar in the App, or remove sandboxed app files by uninstalling the App through the operating system.
5. Information Security
The App relies on the device sandbox and operating-system access controls to protect local data. Please keep your device secure. No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If someone else will use your device, clear any app data you do not want them to view first.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- View, edit, or delete inventory, tag, template, and activity records in the App;
- Change your nickname, avatar, language, and display settings in the profile page;
- Use the in-app clear-data function to delete the current app records and settings;
- Contact us at the email address below with questions or privacy concerns.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses basic development components required to run the App and the system photo-picker functionality. It does not integrate advertising, social sign-in, cloud storage, or third-party analytics services. The operating system or app distribution platform may process information under its own policies; that processing is outside the App’s control.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the App, please contact us using the email below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our features or legal obligations change. The updated policy will be posted on this page and will take effect when published. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide a prominent notice where reasonably possible.
